Terms of Service

VPNJI provides access to international routes, subscription management, and client setup resources, with coverage in 110+ countries and 150+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes available to you are listed in the user panel and may change when routes are maintained, adjusted, or replaced.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not replace accounts or permissions required by destination websites, apps, or content platforms. Third parties set their own regional rules, access eligibility, content availability, and fees. A VPNJI subscription does not grant access rights to those services.

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details and subscription credentials secure, and do not post subscription links on public pages or in groups. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket to request a subscription security review.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on supported platforms. This does not permit reselling, renting, or transferring a subscription, or sharing an account, credentials, or route access with others. Users may not use the service to create a paid access service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. For prices and data tiers, see Plan Pricing. Check the billing method and order details before activation; the benefits available to you are determined by the confirmed order and user panel records.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For details on how to apply, see the Refund Policy.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where they use the service, as well as the rules of destination platforms. You may not use the service to commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, unlawfully obtain or distribute other people's personal information, or engage in other illegal activities.

You may not use routes to distribute malware, access systems without authorization, attack network infrastructure, send bulk unsolicited messages, or otherwise harm third parties or service infrastructure. You are responsible for the content you access, upload, download, or publish. Network connectivity does not constitute permission for such activities.

Connectivity depends on local networks, carrier links, device settings, route maintenance, and the status of destination services. VPNJI does not guarantee uninterrupted connections in every situation or continuous access to any particular website, app, or regional content. If a problem occurs, consult Troubleshooting first, then submit a support ticket with any relevant error messages.

Access issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, local device failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control should be addressed according to their actual cause. Back up important data, and do not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or affect rights users are entitled to by law.

If a user engages in illegal use, subscription resale, credential sharing, network attacks, or another material breach of these terms, VPNJI may restrict the relevant connection, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the severity of the impact. Where a security risk is involved, VPNJI may take necessary protective measures before verifying the circumstances.

If you disagree with an action, submit relevant details and order information through a user panel support ticket. Do not submit your password, complete subscription link, or other sensitive credentials. Account actions and payments already made will be handled based on the verification results, refund policy, and applicable law. Account restrictions do not automatically remove users' statutory rights.

VPNJI may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or changes to usage rules, and will note the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect subscription benefits or usage rules will be explained in a site announcement or user panel notice, including the changes and how they apply.

Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits confirmed in an existing order or remove rights granted to users under applicable law. Review relevant notices before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a change or cannot accept it, contact us through a support ticket to learn how it will be handled. Matters not expressly covered by these terms will be handled under applicable law and the confirmed order details.
