Refund Policy

This policy covers refund requests for VPNJI subscription services and explains the application window, order checks, submission method, and return of funds. Requests and processing records are kept in support tickets in the user panel. Submit your request through the relevant account so the order and payment records can be verified.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The application window is verified against the account's first successful payment. Once a ticket is submitted within the window, the time needed for subsequent checks and payment-channel processing does not affect acceptance of the request.

You do not need to prove a connection issue or provide a reason for stopping use. For requests concerning a monthly subscription or data package, specify the relevant order so the refund scope can be confirmed. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire; these usage rules do not restart the refund window when data resets or when unused data remains.

Requests submitted after the window are not covered by the full-refund commitment for any reason described above. For duplicate payments, orders that were not delivered correctly, or unusual payment statuses, you may still submit a ticket for review. The outcome is based on order and transaction records.

Order Checks and Exceptional Cases

A successful connection, partial data usage, or feedback that a route is unsuitable should not, by itself, be grounds to deny a refund request made within the window. VPNJI does not set a separate data-usage threshold on this page or require a reason based on ordinary usage records.

If an account shows unusual usage beyond the plan allowance, the payer does not match the order details, or the matter involves conduct prohibited by the terms of use, the relevant facts must first be verified. These situations do not automatically mean a refund will be denied. The ticket should identify what needs review and distinguish account-use issues from the handling of the original payment.

Unpaid orders have no funds to refund; a transaction that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. If the transaction cannot be verified, provide proof of payment so the review can continue. Do not submit a request on behalf of someone else through another account, as it may not match the original order.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, view the order in the user panel, and confirm the order number, payment date, amount, and payment method.
  2. Open the support ticket form, state that you are requesting a refund, and list the order or orders to be checked. Providing a reason is optional and is not required for a full refund requested within the window.
  3. Provide any necessary payment details in response to the ticket so the refund scope and channel can be verified. Keep the processing record for checking the refund status.

The key details are the order number, payment date, amount, payment channel, and transaction receipt. Redact unrelated personal information in screenshots. Do not submit your account password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. No email address is required; you can use your account with a username and password. Please handle refund correspondence through a ticket in your account.

Original Payment Method and Payment Differences

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refunds are generally returned to the original payment source through the original transaction channel. Unverified third-party payment details are not accepted, and changing the recipient does not replace verification of the order owner.

Alipay and WeChat refunds are processed through the corresponding original transaction. Where the refund appears and how the funds are returned depend on the records of the original payment channel. If a refund to the original method fails, confirm the reason and next steps in the ticket rather than submitting repeated requests.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from original Alipay and WeChat transactions. Before processing, the original transaction, network, receiving address, and refund amount must be verified in the ticket. Funds cannot be assumed to return automatically to the sending address. Any fees or amount calculations must be clearly explained and confirmed first; this page does not specify a fixed fee or conversion rule.

Refund Status and Follow-Up

Request acceptance, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel's processing status, and this policy does not guarantee an unverified fixed timeframe. Ticket replies should identify the current stage and provide refund processing records when available.

If a ticket shows that a refund has been submitted but the payment account does not yet show the funds, add the transaction status to the original ticket to avoid duplicate requests. If a refund fails or payment details need to be verified again, follow the findings recorded in the ticket.

See the Terms of Use for account terms and the Privacy Policy for how application information is handled. For questions about a specific order, check the order and ticket records in the user panel.
